Masayuki Aoyagi

Chief Publishing Officer

Masayuki Aoyagi started his career as a magazine editor for a personal computer information publication at ASCII Corporation. Following the establishment of Enterbrain Inc. as a spin-off, he transferred to the new company and played a key role in its publishing operations, including comics, light novels, and general books, as well as media mix initiatives.

Later, Aoyagi served as the head of KADOKAWA Corporation's Comic & Character Division, overseeing the company's comic publishing operation.

As Chief Publishing Officer (CPO), he is responsible for the overall publishing business, leading the creation and development of a wide range of intellectual properties (IP), spanning comics, light novels, children's books and practical guides.

He graduated from Josai University in 1990.
