MID-TERM MANAGEMENT PLAN

In May 2026, we announced our new Mid-term Management Plan, which ends on FY2031.

We will further accelerate the Global Media Mix with Technology as a core policy to maximize IP LTV(Life Time Value) by strengthening IP creation and speeding up media mix, global expansion and licensing development.

We view the rapid changes in the publication and animation business environment as an opportunity for growth. By achieving structural reforms to strengthen our profit structure, we aim to realize continuous business expansion and sustainable profit growth.

We aim to achieve 400 billion yen in net sales (of which 100 billion yen will be generated internationally) and 38 billion yen in operating profit by FY2031, and we are fully committed to further enhancing our corporate value.
