Noriko Kase

Chief Compliance Officer

Noriko Kase joined the company (then known as ASCII Corporation) in 1985. For many years, she held key positions such as General Manager of Corporate Sales and General Manager of a Business Division.

In 2018, she was appointed as a Director of KADOKAWA ASCII Research Laboratories, Inc., and in 2019, she became its Representative Director and President. She has actively promoted the continuous entrustment of work from government agencies and local municipalities, and has contributed to strengthening the company's governance and compliance systems.

In 2020, she was appointed as a Director of the company. Since 2023, she also served as a Director at KADOKAWA Global Marketing, Inc., and possesses extensive experience and deep knowledge in corporate management, content production, sales and marketing, and governance.

She graduated from Waseda University.
