    RagingBull Inc. becomes a subsidiary.
    The 60th anniversary of Glovision Inc.; the 40th anniversary of Kadokawa Media House Inc.; the 10th anniversary of fKADOKAWA DAIEI STUDIO CO., LTD.

    Online shopping site “KADOKAWA STORE” has been redesigned.
    E-comic magazine “MANGA Bar” is launched.
    Entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with Sony Group Corporation.
    Opened VANTAN SHIBUYA BEAUTY ACADEMY, professional school, KADOKAWA SCHOOL OF ANIME, and KADOKAWA SCHOOL OF MANGA.
    University Department is established at KADOKAWA DWANGO IT ACADEMY.
    Mainichi ga Hakken Inc. changes its name to KADOKAWA LifeDesign Inc.
    ACQUIRE Corp., ARCLIGHT, Inc., Doga Kobo inc., and Win Graffiti Inc. become subsidiaries.

    J-Novel Club changes its name to M12 Media LLC.
    DWANGO Co., Ltd., BOOK WALKER Co.,Ltd., and KADOKAWA Connected Inc. have merged with DWANGO as the surviving company.
    Chiptune,Inc., Edizioni BD S.r.l. and SOZO Pte Ltd become subsidiaries.
